The Kanjira Cover is a specially designed case for the small frame drum. Kanjira heads can be very delicate and need to be preserved for playing. Excess moisture and heat make the head skin susceptible to tearing. To avoid damage to the head, the Kanjira should be stored in well fitting covers. The Ultimate Guru Kanjira Gig Cover is designed for the traveling musician. Made from good quality rexene, the cover is designed to fit an Indian 7 inch diameter Kanjira. The cover is lined with a layer of foam based material which protects the drum.
