The Ibanez AW50ECE Artwood Acoustic Electric Guitar is a perfect guitar for beginners and performing artists alike. The lush, sparkling tones originate from a solid Sitka Spruce top paired with sapele sides and back, with a Dovetail Neck Joint at the 14th fret to maximize resonance and produce a vibrant shimmering tone. The AW50ECE also features a single cutaway body design which allows access to those upper register notes when you’re reaching for a little extra in your lead playing.

The thin profile mahogany neck will feel comfortable in your hand and you will love the easy playability. The neck also features 20 frets with pearloid dot inlays on a rosewood fingerboard, and a distinctively contoured rosewood bridge which will stabilize intonation. A set of Ibanez die-cast chrome tuners rounds out the hardware.

When it’s time to hit the stage, the Ibanez AW50ECE Artwood can be amplified through the Ibanez SST Shape Shifter Preamp with Onboard Tuner. The pickup’s is fitted under the saddle and helps preserve both the aesthetic and structural integrity of the guitar. Case not included.
