The Furch D-40 Millennium Acoustic Guitar features a laminated back that eliminates the need for bracing. This pressed rear profile maximizes resonance. Owing to the open-pore finish, this guitar delivers a natural sound. The ebony fretboard helps elongate the sustain produced by the tonewoods. The back and sides of the guitar are crafted from sapele. This material offers a consistent output throughout the tonal spectrum and thus makes the guitar suitable for playing a wide range of music styles. The cedar top provides sounds with high overtone and low fundamental content. The scale length of the guitar is 650mm, which translates into well-defined bass notes.
