Remo’s Ebony Pinstripe drum heads provide a dark tone with a short sustain. This 10″ head is made with two plys of Mylar film with a measured layer of a ring reducing agent applied between them. This layer is at the outer edge of the trademark stripe and dampens high frequency overtones giving the Ebony Pinstripe a warm resonance. Two durable 10mm & 5mm plys and their quick decay makes these heads ideal heads for the fat sounds of Rock and R&B and for those who want more low end sounds with moderate attack and response characteristics.
